Fantastic experience

Absolutely phenomenal, fully private, 9-day tour: Cairo, Luxor, Aswan (including 4nt Nile river cruise)
Let me start by saying that Egypt Key Tours exceeded ALL expectations we had for our 9-day tour of Egypt. They were with us every step of journey, from the moment we got off of the plane in Cairo. Every airport, every transfer, every tour, we had a private guided ambassador and Egyptologist with us. I have never felt so safe or received such amazing service in any other country I have traveled to. I did a lot of research to find the right tour company for our family of 7 which included 4 children (15, 14, 11, & 9). Ultimately, what made me choose Egypt key tours, was the amazing detail provided for each day of the tour, and excellent communication from Gamal, our tour cordinator. The never ending list of Pros: Hend, our guide in Cairo, was an incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate Egyptologist. We learned so much about the ancient history of the Giza plateau, Saqqara, and Dashur from her! Mahmoud Ali E, aka: Hotep, our guide from Luxor to Aswan, even sailing down the Nile with us on our cruise. I cannot praise him enough. Over the 5 days we spent with Hotep, he became like family to us. He was patient, kind, catered to our every need, knew the best times to go to the temples to avoid crowds, and made the entire experience the most epic adventure. We will never forget him and now consider him a good friend to our family! Again, Egypt Key Tours was with us, from the moment we got off of the plane. Helping us through the airports, and driving us in our own private (air conditioned vehicles). We were met on several occasions with traditional Egyptian snacks and sweets for us to enjoy, unlimited water… anything we needed. I have never been so well cared for in my life! Cons: There is really nothing negative I could say about our experience with Egypt Key Tours, but in case someone is a little leery about the payment process for this tour… rest assured, it’s 100% safe and legitimate. We did wire a 50% deposit upon booking and paid the other 50% upon arrival in Cairo. The wiring of funds had me nervous in the beginning, because this is not something customary in the US. However, I assure you… there is no risk in doing so and you can trust Egypt Key Tours! We received way more than we paid for! Fantastic tour moments
Starting from day one until the moment we are back Egypt Key Tours make our day beautiful. Our guide Mr. Muhammad Khamis Doma, such friendly and knowledgeable person. The way he take good care of our mom which make our mom talking about him until today. Mr. Muhammad is the main reason for our tour to be colorful and memorable. In the short time, he become like our family member. Not to forget Mr. Megan, who is our driver, also a great guy. His driving skill was marvelous we felt safe and secure with his driving. Mr. Jamal the head of entire team, thank you giving us such a memorable and 5***** service for us. Alexandria day trip and Luxor sunrise hot air balloon trip, great experience
We booked 2 trips with Egypt Key Tours. First was a day trip from Cairo to Alaxandria. They set up an itinerary that included all our must see sites. Driver and English speaking guide, Mohamed, we're great and very knowledgeable. Second trip was a sunrise hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Key tours booked an experienced pilot who provided an amazing ride, so close to the sites, who provided all the descriptions you could ask for. Trip pricing was very reasonable. Pyramid, desert camp and temple tour in Egypt
1 week 2 families Cairo pyramids and museum - White and Black desert (camping), we did a temple tour in Aswan and Luxor. Best and Affordable
First of all, I would like to thank Egypt Key Tours for their exceptional service and hospitality. I booked a day tour of 8 hours since I had a layover of 11 hours in Egypt. Gamal contacted me with all the information about trip and its price. He was extremely helpful, reliable and would reply to my emails ASAP. The representative at the airport filled out my immigration card and guided me to my driver Ahmed. He is a good driver, very friendly and always gave away a positive vibe. My tour guide Hend was so informative and knowledgeable. Because of her, i learned most about ancient Egyptian history and civilization. She is very professional and have almost 10 years of experience in this field. Also she is a very good photographer. I would recommend Hend to anyone who wants to visit Cairo. She also gave me a complimentary breakfast (falafel sandwich) which was delicious. Apart from pyramids, museum, and bazaar, she took me to a place where we could learn about Papyrus and another place to buy perfume. Its not mandatory to buy anything from them, but I felt compelled to buy something and so if you are not interested, there is no need to buy anything. But still it was a different experience going to those places and learning more about their culture. Lastly she took me to a cafe near bazaar which was really good. The ambience was so nice and pleasant. I had chicken shawarma which was also delicious. Overall the trip was beyond my expectations and they dropped me to the airport on time. Thoroughly recommended for a hassle-free tour in Egypt
We booked a private 12-day tour including a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan and couldn't fault anything. All questions were answered promptly, and we were given an excellent program showing what we were doing every day, and were picked up on time by our driver and guide every day.
