Amazing Tour with Egypt Key Tours

I had an amazing private tour of the pyramids of Giza and old Cairo lead by Jimmy from Egypt Key Tours. My Group had a very limited time (18hr Cairo layover) and the trip jimmy put together was amazing. Unfortunately our arrival was after closing of the pyramids but jimmy arranged a special camel ride to the backside of the pyramids which was crazy amazing.

After that we had a pre-arranged dinner and afterwards a private tour of the Old Cairo after dark. The market and architecture of Old Cairo is unforgettably and Jimmy made the whole experience even more unforgettable by his meticulous planning and knowledge.

He was very easy to listen to (a walking history book) and made us feel absolutely safe. When I return to Egypt there will be two certainties-that I have more than 18 hrs, and that I book with Egypt Key Tours!

Day 1: Arrive Egypt.

Upon your arrival to Cairo International Airport, Egypt Key Tours representative will meet and assist you at Cairo Airport. Then you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle then at hotel you will be assisted for a smooth check-in.

Cairo overnight.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids- Egyptian Museum and Khan EL Khalili Bazaar

Breakfast in the morning then You will be escorted by Egypt Key Tours guide to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops(the only one of seven ancient wonders still remaining on earth),Chephren, Mekerinus and the famous Sphinx, the Valley Temple facing the great statue.

Then transfer to visit The Egyptian Museum, which is the world’s greatest repository of ancient Egyptian treasures including those belong to the child King Tutankhamen along with many other fascinating artifacts, as well as additional visit to the mummies room at the museum.

After that, you go to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, which is one of Cairo’s main attractions. The district of Khan El Khalili was originally a mausoleum called “El Zaafran” for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs. Then it became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period, and now it has become a bazaar where you will find many souvenir shops, coffeehouses “Café” serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah “Shisha”, and restaurants throughout the area.

Transfer you to Cairo international airport to catch your flight to Luxor or (Train Station).

upon arrival to Luxor airport you will be transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 3: Visit East&West Bank of Luxor

Breakfast morning then Egypt Key Tours tour guide will meet you at reception then have a blissful day tour kicking off at Karnak Temple; the greatest example of worship in the history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu then visit Luxor Temple

Then pay a visit to Valley of The Kings, containing the masterpieces of the ancient Egyptian tombs. Then move onto Temple of Queen Hatshpsute, the only pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt and the colossi of Memnon.Then Back to hotel

Day 4: Visit Edfu,Kom Ombo and Aswan

Early Morning you will be picked up by your private Guide & driver to Drive to Edfu, you will be transferred to visit the majestic temple dedicated to Horus which is considered by most to be the best preserved cult temple in Egypt.

According to the Egyptian myths, it was the place where the falcon-headed god Horus revenged the murder of his father Osiris by killing Seth.Then transfer to see to the Temple of Kom Ombo standing on high grounds overlooking the Nile. It differs from other temples because of its double entrance, each one is dedicated to divinity: “Haroeris” with his falcon head and ” Sobek ” with his crocodile head.

The Temple of Kom Ombo was built on the honor of two deities the crocodile-headed Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world, and Haroeris or the ancient falcon-headed Horus. then arrive to Aswan to visit the high Dam then visit the majestic Philae Temple which was built on the honor of Goddess Isis the chief deity of the island & Over night at Aswan .

Day 5:Visit Abu Simbel Temple

Breakfast in the morning (or Breakfast Box), start your trip to Abu Simbel Temples. It takes about a 3 hour and half drive one way from Aswan to Abu Simbel by private air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, enjoy the most remarkable temples of Abu Simbel with their unique style. Consider the largest rock cut temple in the world and the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of ancient Egypt.

The great Abu Simbel called the Sun Temple of Ramses II, the Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the sun god. So, in a symbolic way, the two temples, that of Ramses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramses and Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun Temple together as one.

After finishing the tour, you return to Aswan. Then transfer to Aswan airport fly back to Cairo or (Train Station), upon arrival to Cairo Airport you will transferred to you hotel for overnight.
